I became interested in therapy as a patient more than 20 years ago. Some time later I began to study psychology while looking for other types of help, other ways to grow. In that journey I have received therapy and training in Gestalt Sensitive Massage, Reiki, chakra therapy, and after finishing my degree in Ericksonian Hypnosis. I have also found body psychotherapy very useful. After this journey I felt that I needed something to frame all this and I have found it in Gestalt Therapy, which has allowed me to build and continue to build a sense to unite everything that interests me. After all this time I feel that everything I have learned is forming part of a structure that I continue to nurture and on which I rely on in my work.

  Centro de psicólogos muy profesional. Fui atendida en varias sesiones por María Bonanad y le estoy muy agradecida por su trato, confianza y motivación. Nunca antes había ido al psicólogo, fue un paso que me costó dar y lo hice por estar pasado por una etapa complicada con mucha ansiedad. Las sesiones me ayudaron mucho a normalizar lo que me pasaba, pero sobre todo entendí las señales que me daba mi cuerpo para saber si estaba tomando las decisiones adecuadas en el tema que me preocupaba y los que iban surgiendo.
