I have always been curious about the diversity of ways we have of being, feeling and expressing ourselves, and about everything that influences us and makes us who we are. The perception of the suffering of others has moved me to approach and try to help since I was a child.

Over the years, this vocation turned into a desire to study psychology and dedicate myself to this profession.

Relational Gestalt Therapy offered me a tender look and a solid theoretical structure to understand and help in the psychological processes that people go through, something that I had missed a lot during my years at school.

I have been working in psychotherapy for 10 years, having developed a good part of my profession in the institutional environment, combining it with private practice, to which I dedicate myself entirely at present.

I have experience in psychological accompaniment from the perinatal stage to adulthood, with people born in the Spanish state as well as with people who have gone through a migration process for reasons of asylum and refuge.
